Tom's Project- Walt Disney World/Flagship Hotel/Hostel Guesthouse

A limited service hotel and additional hostel units with an estimated room counts from 120-200 units. The room counts are generated by the flags reservation system. The two sites are in Lake Buena Vista. One located on 192 and the other on Ponciana Blvd., each location is 2.5 acres.

Lake Buena Vista, a city in Orange County, Florida, United States. It is the mailing address for Walt Disney World and most of the resort facilities, including all four (4) Theme Parks, is physically located in the adjacent city of Bay Lake.

Ponciana Blvd., location is a short drive to Walt Disney World, to both Orlando Premium Outlets, Golf Courses, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Aquatica, and Wet & Wild.
